Description

The kit allows for the differentiation of human CD14+ monocytes into M2 macrophages, characterized by high expression of CD163 and CD206 and low expression of CD80. When activated with Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), M2 macrophages exhibit high IL-10 expression and low IL-12 expression.
