Description

This product is isolated from pathogen-free laboratory CD-1 mouse. 0.5 x 10^6 cells are delivered frozen. This product is negative in the tests of mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi and yeast. The expression of CD11b is positive by flow cytometry. It is guaranteed to further culture in the conditions provided by Creative Biolabs. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

These cells are isolated from pathogen-free laboratory CD-1 mice. They are provided as primary cells, delivered frozen with 0.5 x 10^6 cells per vial.

What is the recommended procedure upon receiving the cells?

Upon arrival on dry ice, you should immediately transfer the frozen vial to liquid nitrogen (-150°C to -190°C) for long-term storage. We do not recommend repeated freezing and thawing as it can significantly impact cell viability.

Can I use these cells for in vivo studies in humans?

No. This product is strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). It is not suitable for any human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic use.
