Description

This product is isolated from human peripheral blood. Donors are screened for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV-1 and HIV-2. 5 x 10^6 cells are delivered frozen. This product is negative in the tests of mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi and yeast. The expression of CD11b is positive by flow cytometry. It is guaranteed to further culture in the conditions provided by Creative Biolabs. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

Upon receiving, transfer this product directly from dry ice to liquid nitrogen(-150°C~-190°C) and store it in a liquid nitrogen tank.

How long will these cells maintain their M1 phenotype in culture?

The M1 phenotype is stable upon thawing but can drift over time in culture, especially without the polarizing stimuli. We recommend using the cells for your experiments within 24-72 hours of thawing for the most consistent, potent M1 characteristics.
