We provide a detailed protocol with your order. In general, you should thaw the vial rapidly at 37°C, gently transfer the cells into pre-warmed recommended culture medium, and allow them to adhere and recover for several hours (or overnight) before starting your experiment.
We confirm the identity of this population by demonstrating positive expression of CD11b by flow cytometry. They are also QC-tested to be free of microbial contaminants, including mycoplasma.
